We offer free to low cost spay and neuter. Please read all information under spay and neuter section, then fill in the Booking Request Form below to expedite your appointment or you can email us at Book@Spay4LA.org. Include your name, phone number and address. Also include dog or cat or both, their sex, breed and age. If you truly have no access to email, please call 1-888-Spay4LA, do not do both, as it will slow down reaching out to you.

Spay/neuter services are available by appointment only.

Please read important info below, then use the form below to request a booking appointment.

You will need to make a small administration fee payment for your appointment, based on your pet's species and breed. This fee helps cover the cost of pain medication and an e-collar to take home after surgery. For more details, please refer to the “Pricing” section below.

Important Notes:

  • If you think your pet might be pregnant when booking an appointment, please include "PREGNANT" indicate where asked on the form.

  • Sorry, we do not spay or neuter Dobermans or Doberman mixes. However, we do have good referral list, please reach out.

  • Sorry, we cannot spay or neuter dogs over 65 pounds. However, we do have a good referral list, please reach out.

  • You must cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance by emailing Book@Spay4LA.org to reschedule or receive a refund of your administration fee or deposit. (please type “Reschedule” in the subject line)

  • Puppies under 13 months old: Proof of their first two DA2PP (parvo) vaccinations is required before booking an appointment.

  • Unsure of your dog’s weight, size, or breed classification (e.g., brachycephalic) please indicate “unknown” on the form and describe as best as you can.

Pricing:

  • Cats: $160 + a non-refundable $35 administration fee = $195 total

  • If you have a community (feral) cat that you are trying to spay or neuter, please email us at Book@Spay4LA.org for assistance. Some areas offer low cost assistance.

  • Dogs (up to 39 pounds): $240 + a non-refundable $35 administration fee = $275 total

  • Dogs (40-65 pounds): $240 + a non-refundable $55 administration fee = $290 total
