Before trapping:

  • Line the bottom of the trap with newspaper, cardboard, or a puppy pad to protect the cat's paws.

  • Zip tie both ends of the trap before transporting the community cat to prevent accidental escapes.

  • Completely cover the trap with a sheet or towel to help keep the cat calm and reduce stress.

Please note:

  • We cannot accept bills larger than $50.

  • A $2 processing fee applies to all card payments.

Once your pet has recovered from surgery, we will text you a pick-up time, typically between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM.

Please arrive within one hour of your assigned pick-up time. Pets picked up later than one hour after their scheduled pick-up time may be charged a late pick-up fee.

Additional Information

If your dog is especially nervous, fearful, or timid, you may need to wait until the veterinarian arrives before check-in. This could add up to an hour to your visit.

Final Reminder

Follow all fasting instructions.
Bring your pet in an approved carrier or on a leash with a bath-size towel.
Review your appointment details before arriving.

We look forward to caring for your pet!
